Candidates must be motivated to learn at Learning Tree and their parents must agree with all Learning Tree policies.

Qualification to apply for the program
Grade 5: 10 years old by April 1st, 2024
Grade 4: 9 years old by April 1st, 2024
Grade 3: 8 years old by April 1st, 2024
Grade 2: 7 years old by April 1st, 2024
Grade 1: 6 years old by April 1st, 2024
Admissions Procedure
- Transfer the application fee of 15,000yen(tax included) and prepare the receipt of the transfer.

※The application fee is non-refundable.To schedule an entrance exam privately, the cost will be 80,000 yen (tax included). - Apply on line with ①a copy of the transaction ②applicant’s picture attached. ※the picture will be also used for the student ID when the child is officially enrolled.
- Students will take the entrance exam and have an interview. Parents must also participate in an interview.
- Result will be sent home by mail.

2. Issue the student I.D. (Free for the first time, to reissue 5,000 yen+tax will be charged)
